Team Building Event DiKanzlei Keuerleber & Partner Partnerschaft mbB
The sun shone all day — perfect weather for our Geocaching adventure in Palma de Mallorca.
On 16 October 2025 at 12:00 I met the 20 participants from the law firm DiKanzlei Keuerleber & Partner Partnerschaft mbB at the well-known meeting point Pl. d'Espanya. After a short welcome and an introduction by me as the CityHunters team guide, we explained the schedule, handed out the tablets with the CityHunters app and split the group into three teams. That is how our active team building experience in Palma de Mallorca began, full of anticipation for puzzles, discoveries and collaborative problem solving.
The teams were largely on their own during the tour and engaged in a fair competition for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for creative team challenges. I stayed reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or small obstacles came up. The route led the groups to beautiful, historic spots such as Palma Cathedral, the Royal Palace of La Almudaina and Parque del Mar — ideal backdrops for excitement, fun and conversation.
Geocaching in Palma de Mallorca combines city exploration with teamwork: participants had to combine information, discuss and decide — that is exactly what makes a good team building experience in Palma de Mallorca. Between historic facades and bustling squares there were lively contests, plentiful aha moments and many smiling faces. The mix of challenge and discovery noticeably strengthened team cohesion.
After exactly three hours we met again at Pl. d'Espanya for the award ceremony. The winning team Porto Palma came out on top with 240 points and received gleaming medals as a reward. In second place was 2 fast 4 you with 165 points, followed by Di Winners with 120 points. The mood was jubilant and proud — a perfect finish to this team building event in Palma de Mallorca.
For me as a guide this day remains a successful example of how a team building experience in Palma de Mallorca combines fun, competition and lasting team development. I am already looking forward to the next shared adventure in this beautiful city.
