Team Building Event System Logistics GmbH
Nine dedicated colleagues from System Logistics GmbH met with me at Kohlenmarkt on October 10, 2025 at 4:00 PM for a varied Geocaching event in Regensburg.
As the team guide I welcomed everyone, gave a brief rundown of the schedule and explained the technology: each team received a tablet with our CityHunters app, which recorded tasks, clues and points. After a short split into two teams the real adventure began — a true team building experience in Regensburg that called for communication, creativity and keen observation.
The route led the teams through the historic old town, past impressive sights such as Regensburg Cathedral, the Stone Bridge and the Old Town Hall. Along the way the groups solved puzzles, completed creative team tasks and searched for hidden clues. The challenges were designed so every colleague could contribute their strengths — exactly what a team building experience in Regensburg is all about.
The weather was decent and provided pleasant conditions: not too hot, not too wet, ideal for an active city stroll with tricky tasks. The teams moved independently and enjoyed a friendly competition for the most points; I was reachable by phone throughout to help or offer small hints. After exactly three hours everyone reconvened at Kohlenmarkt for the prize ceremony.
The tension was high when the results were in: the winning team was Fanta 4+ with 360 points, closely followed by Girls united with 330 points. It was a thoroughly successful afternoon full of laughter, cooperation and positive energy. As the guide it was especially rewarding to see colleagues grow closer and discover the city from new perspectives.
