Team Building Event Lapp Service GmbH
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure on October 9, 2025 at 4:00 PM of leading a Geocaching event for Lapp Service GmbH with 21 participants in Stuttgart. The meeting point was the lively Schlossplatz, an ideal place to begin our shared adventure. After a brief welcome and introduction, the four teams received their clues and tablets with our CityHunters app and set off full of enthusiasm.
The route took the groups through Stuttgart city center and past well-known spots like the Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, the Old Castle and the Stiftskirche. Participants not only discovered sights but also solved tricky puzzles and tackled creative team challenges. Every correct solution and every completed task earned points, and the aim was clear: collect as many as possible.
During the roughly two-hour tour, the teams were largely on their own and enjoyed a friendly competition. I was of course reachable by phone if questions or minor obstacles came up. That left plenty of room for initiative and teamwork while CityHunters ensured safety and support.
The weather was fine — light breezes and pleasant temperatures kept spirits high. Conditions like these make our team building experience in Stuttgart special: you combine movement, communication and fresh-air fun without the weather spoiling the day.
After two hours we met back at Schlossplatz for the awards ceremony. There was great excitement as the scores were announced: first place went to team Roesslehunters with 255 points. In second place was team Winners with 210 points, and surprisingly a team also named Winners took third with 210 points as well. Applause and laughter rounded off the afternoon.
Experiences like this show how effective a team building experience in Stuttgart can be: reaching common goals, thinking creatively and laughing together. As a guide I always enjoy seeing teams grow closer and leave the city with fresh impressions.
