Team Building Event Norgren GmbH
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading a special company event on October 8, 2025 at 5:00 PM: 35 colleagues from Norgren GmbH met at the Hauptwache in Frankfurt to take part in an interactive Geocaching adventure. After a warm welcome and a brief introduction the teams received tablets with the CityHunters app and all the important information for the tour.
The group was divided into five teams and then off they went: a team building experience in Frankfurt at its most lively. At the different stations through the city centre the teams followed coordinates, solved puzzles and tackled creative team tasks. The clues led to well known spots such as the Römer, the Kaiserdom St. Bartholomäus and the Alte Oper — perfect backdrops for exciting challenges and surprising discoveries.
During the two hour tour the teams were on their own and competed in friendly rivalry for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and imaginatively completed tasks so everyone could make a contribution. As team guide I was reachable by phone in case any questions or small issues came up along the way.
The weather was mixed but suited the mood perfectly: fresh, invigorating and just right for moving through the city with focus and lots of fun. The dynamic between participants was tangible — conversations deepened, joint strategies formed and team spirit came to life. The team building experience in Frankfurt once again proved how effective shared activities are at bringing people together.
After exactly two hours all teams met again at the Hauptwache for the awards ceremony. Excitement was high and the joy even greater: applause for creative solutions, recognition for teamwork and a group photo to finish the evening. The team building experience in Frankfurt was a complete success for Norgren GmbH — entertaining, challenging and sustainably bonding.
