Team Building Event Robert Bosch GmbH
What perfect weather – sunny and mild, just right for our Geocaching adventure in Tübingen.
As a CityHunters team guide, on October 8, 2025 at 4:00 pm I welcomed 19 employees from Robert Bosch GmbH at the Holzmarkt. After a brief introduction, participants were divided into three motivated teams and given the key instructions for the event. The goal was clear: have fun together and score as many points as possible during the team building experience in Tübingen.
With tablets and the CityHunters app, off they went: the teams moved independently through the old town, discovering familiar corners and hidden spots while tackling a variety of tasks. Whether tricky puzzles, short team challenges or careful observation at historic locations, each station required creativity and collaboration. I remained reachable by phone in case any questions came up or technical support was needed.
The route led the groups past beautiful sights such as the Stiftskirche, the Hölderlinturm and Schloss Hohentübingen. The company team building event thus became not only a head-to-head sporting contest but also a relaxed discovery tour through the lively atmosphere of the city. Experiences like these strengthen communication and trust among colleagues – a true team building experience in Tübingen.
After two hours all teams met again at the Holzmarkt for the award ceremony. The tension was high: Team Winner secured first place with 255 points, followed by the Qualityhunters with 225 points and the Twotequilas with 210 points. The joy over the successful solutions and the sportsmanlike atmosphere was palpable everywhere.
This event once again showed how much fun a team building experience in Tübingen can be: a perfect mix of competition, collaborative problem solving and city exploration. I am already looking forward to the next time we explore new corners of the city together and grow as a team.
