Team Building Event Württembergische Versicherung AG
As a CityHunters team guide I had another great experience on October 8, 2025 at 3:30 PM: I led a Geocaching event for Württembergische Versicherung AG with 12 participants in Ludwigsburg. The meeting point was the Ludwigsburg City Archive on Mathildenstraße, a perfect starting point for our team building experience in Ludwigsburg.
After a brief welcome and introduction we explained the format, handed out tablets with the CityHunters app, and split the group into three eager teams. The mood was upbeat from the start; everyone was looking forward to the mix of city exploration and team challenges.
Then off they went: the teams set out on their own and entered a friendly competition for the highest score. The tasks emphasized collective problem solving, creativity and team spirit rather than raw speed — from cracking tricky puzzles to entertaining group challenges that sharpened attention to detail.
During the tour the organizing team and I were reachable by phone in case any questions or technical issues arose. The crowd-favorite weather helped too: a pleasant afternoon, ideal for our team building experience in Ludwigsburg and for walks between the city’s beautiful sights.
The teams had the chance to see Ludwigsburg from a new angle: stations led them past the Ludwigsburg Residential Palace, through leafy spots and by the impressive Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, complete with little stories and hidden clues. Favorite Palace and the town church also provided scenic backdrops and plenty of wow moments.
After two and a half hours everyone returned to the Ludwigsburg City Archive for the award ceremony. Cheers went to the winning team Innochampions with 300 points. Coming in second were DiewildenKerle with 240 points, closely followed by Die Raketen with 225 points. The focus was on joy and team spirit, real team achievements that will linger long after the event.
For me it was once again a memorable experience: Geocaching combines discovery, fun and meaningful team building experience in Ludwigsburg. Events like this show how much energy and cohesion playful challenges can spark.
