Team Building Event Polaroid Film GmbH
What a perfect day for an adventure — bright sunshine accompanied us during Murder Mystery Geocaching on 02.10.2025 at 11:30 in Monheim am Rhein. As team guide for CityHunters I welcomed 78 participants from Polaroid Film GmbH and launched an exciting team building event.
At the meeting point on Rheinparkallee I greeted the group, gave a short introduction and divided everyone into 13 teams. Each team received a tablet with our special app, which presented the cases and led the teams to different stations. Familiar places turned into real investigations: city sights like the Amt Monheim, the Marienkapelle and St. Gereon became the scenes of mysterious cases — ideal for an immersive team building experience in Monheim am Rhein.
The teams were on their own during the tour and engaged in a friendly competition for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles, creative team tasks and smooth teamwork. I remained available by phone throughout the three hours in case support was needed, but otherwise I watched with interest as the groups used a wide range of investigation strategies.
The mix of puzzles, city exploration and teamwork produced plenty of laughter, unexpected aha moments and genuine pride when a team cracked a tricky clue. That is exactly what makes our team building experience in Monheim am Rhein so valuable: colleagues see the city from a new perspective while strengthening trust and communication along the way.
After three hours everyone reconvened at Rheinparkallee for the awards ceremony. First place went to team Vier with 360 points, second place to team sieben also with 360 points, and third place to team fünf with 345 points. The atmosphere at the prize giving was fantastic — a perfect end to an intense morning.
I look forward to the next event and to inspiring more groups to enjoy a creative team building experience in Monheim am Rhein. Today Monheim am Rhein once again showed how much fun city discovery and solving puzzles together can be.
