Team Building Event Kita Krämer Kids
The weather was perfect and set the tone from the start for our Murder Mystery Geocaching in Oranienburg.
As the team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming 21 enthusiastic participants from Kita Krämer Kids at Bahnhofsplatz in Oranienburg on October 2, 2025 at 11:00 AM. After a brief introduction the guests were split into four teams and given the essential instructions for the app and the schedule — the heart of our city adventure. The team building experience in Oranienburg shines here: shared puzzles, tricky challenges and the joy of discovery bring people together right away.
The teams then set off on their own and explored Oranienburg from a new perspective. Stops included Schloss Oranienburg, St. Nicolai Church and the Oranienburg Speicher. At each location there were clues to find, traces to analyze and team tasks to solve. Groups scored points for correctly solved puzzles and creative collaboration — real competitive spirit, always with fun and fairness in the foreground.
Throughout the tour I was reachable by phone to help with technical questions or uncertainties — a reassuring backup that didn’t interfere with the teams’ independence. It is precisely this mix of independent investigating and supportive coaching that makes our team building experience in Oranienburg so effective: people get to know each other in a playful situation and come to appreciate their colleagues’ strengths anew.
After three hours we met again at Bahnhofsplatz for the award ceremony. The mood was jubilant when the results were announced: in first place was the team The Investigation Team with 270 points, second place went to The Murder Team with 225 points and third place to The Crime Scene Tourists with 210 points. A proud achievement by everyone involved!
This Murder Mystery Geocaching once again showed how positive and lasting a team building experience in Oranienburg can be: connecting, motivating and simply fun. Thanks to Kita Krämer Kids for a lively day full of team spirit and discovery — I look forward to the next time in Oranienburg!
