Team Building Event Berlin Erlebnisse
The event concept combines Geocaching, puzzling challenges and a friendly competition — and that's exactly what we experienced on September 26, 2025 in Berlin.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the 31 participants from Berlin Erlebnisse at our meeting point at Restaurant Nolle (S‑Bahnbogen, Georgenstraße) at 4:00 PM. After a brief introduction and handing out our tablets with the CityHunters app, the seven teams set off motivated on their adventure. The mood was relaxed, curious and excited from the start — perfect conditions for a real team building experience in Berlin.
The route took the groups across the city, past familiar and unexpected spots: short stops near the Brandenburg Gate, sightlines to the Reichstag and stations around Museum Island encouraged lots of exploration. Each team was largely on its own during the three hours, collecting points by solving puzzles correctly and tackling team tasks together. I was available by phone throughout in case any questions or technical problems came up.
The weather cooperated and the sun accompanied us — ideal conditions for an active team building experience in Berlin. After exactly three hours everyone regrouped at Restaurant Nolle, where the excitement before the awards ceremony was palpable. The podium looked like this: in first place ViGo Go Girls with 315 points, in second place Explorers with 315 points as well, and in third place Inglorius bastards with 300 points. Applause and shared laughter rounded off the afternoon.
Hours like that show how well shared puzzles and experiences bring people together: you laugh together, find creative solutions and get to know each other in new ways. Whether taking in the view of the Berlin Cathedral or walking toward Museum Island, Geocaching is an excellent opportunity for a lasting team building experience in Berlin. I am already looking forward to the next adventure with a new group and to seeing more teams grow together through play.
