Team Building Event Landschaftliche Brandkasse Hannover
Our Murder Mystery Geocaching combines city discovery, puzzle fun and focused team building experience in an exciting investigative format.
As the team guide I welcomed 21 colleagues of the Landschaftliche Brandkasse Hanover at Opernplatz in Hanover on September 26, 2025 at 4:00 PM. After a brief briefing the participants were split into four teams and equipped with tablets: the app guided the groups to various crime scenes around the city and presented tricky cases and tasks.
The atmosphere was great from the start. In perfect weather the teams set off and explored Hanover from a new perspective. Along the route we encountered landmarks such as the New Town Hall, the Market Church and the Leineschloss, which served as the backdrop for exciting investigations. Fun came first — and of course solving the puzzles together.
During the three hours the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for successful team tasks that required strong communication and collaboration. As team guide I was available by phone in case questions or brief assistance were needed.
The event impressively showed how team building experience in Hanover can succeed playfully: tasks, time pressure and the atmosphere of a Murder Mystery Scavenger Hunt bring people together, make strengths visible and create shared moments of success. It was especially nice to see ideas exchanged, roles assigned and solutions celebrated.
After exactly three hours all teams returned to Opernplatz for the joint award ceremony. The rankings reflected exciting duels: the winning team was Guter Jahrgang with 300 points, followed by Happy Drinkers with 255 points and Fantastic 5 with 240 points. In the short closing round there was laughter, applause and time to look back on the experience.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching is a perfect option for team building experience in Hanover — it combines adventure, culture and cooperation. I am already looking forward to the next time when we get to discover Hanover together again and solve crimes.
