Team Building Event MOSOLF SE & Co. KG
As a team guide for CityHunters, on September 23, 2025 at 4:30 PM I led a lively iPad Tour for the employees of MOSOLF SE & Co. KG in Kirchheim unter Teck. We met at the Ziegelwasen car park and set off in six motivated teams — the perfect team building experience in Kirchheim unter Teck right after work.
After a short introduction to the CityHunters app and the iPads, the teams got going: they navigated the town center of Kirchheim unter Teck on their own. Our tour combines history, culture and modern technology, the mix that makes a team building experience in Kirchheim unter Teck so special. Along the way participants discovered well-known spots like Schloss Kirchheim, the Martinskirche and the Max-Eyth-Haus, which kept delivering those wow moments.
The challenges varied: puzzles, creative team tasks and observation challenges earned points. The app displayed live standings and added extra excitement. I stayed reachable by phone throughout the tour in case a team needed support, but most of the time everyone was busy discussing, laughing and strategizing.
The weather was on our side: pleasant and mild, just right for being active outdoors and experiencing the city. The mood stayed positive and energetic — exactly what makes a successful team building event.
After two hours all groups met back at the Ziegelwasen car park for the awards. Congratulations to the winning team DUBAI with 271 points! Close behind was 6 GEWINNT! with 270 points, and in third place was MASTER OF DISASTER with 255 points. Such tight results show how thrilling and engaging a team building experience in Kirchheim unter Teck can be.
The evening wound down with lots of good conversations — many took the chance to explore the Kirchheim unter Teck site further or head out to a restaurant together.
