Team Building Event Mannheim Business School gGmbH
The weather was perfect, with sunshine accompanying us through a wonderful team afternoon in Mannheim. On September 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM I met, as CityHunters team guide, the 37 participants from Mannheim Business School gGmbH at the Baroque Palace Mannheim, our starting point for a lively Geocaching experience.
After a brief welcome and introduction the guests were divided into seven teams. With clear explanations of the format and the app the groups set off well prepared. The mix of navigation, puzzles and creative tasks immediately left everyone wanting more — this is how a successful team building experience in Mannheim gets started.
The tour led the teams through Mannheim’s charming streets and took them to well-known city spots. Between the Baroque Palace Mannheim, the Kunsthalle Mannheim and the Jesuit Church participants discovered hidden corners, gathered clues and solved tricky challenges. The guiding principle was always to think together, try things out and score points as a group — a genuine team building experience in Mannheim that brings people together.
Over the roughly three-hour period the teams operated independently and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks. I was reachable by phone throughout the tour to provide quick help with questions or minor issues, which kept the momentum going and the fun uninterrupted.
After exactly three hours all groups met again at the Baroque Palace Mannheim for the award ceremony. With great pleasure we announced the rankings: the winner was team Polska with 360 points, followed by The Fearless with 345 points and True Monnemers with 330 points. The atmosphere was jubilant, and applause and shared laughter rounded off the afternoon.
This Geocaching event was once again a fine example of how a team building experience in Mannheim playfully fosters collaboration, communication and a spirit of discovery. For everyone involved the day remained a cheerful, bonding experience — a strong recommendation for any company that enjoys shared activity and urban exploration.
