Team Building Event RWT Reutlinger Wirtschaftstreuhand GmbH
On September 16, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., as a team guide for CityHunters, I had the pleasure of leading a fantastic Geocaching event for 13 participants from RWT Reutlinger Wirtschaftstreuhand GmbH in Rottenburg am Neckar. We met at the market square and, in beautiful weather, set off for an afternoon full of puzzles, discoveries and shared experiences. The team building experience in Rottenburg am Neckar was palpable from the start: excitement, curiosity and team spirit were in the air.
After a brief introduction and a short explanation of the procedure, I split the group into two teams. I showed each team how to use the CityHunters app on a tablet so they could head off independently and explore the town on their own. My mobile phone stayed reachable throughout the tour in case any questions or small issues arose.
The route led the teams through the charming streets of Rottenburg am Neckar and past some of the town’s most beautiful sights. From impressive views at St. Martin’s Cathedral to quiet moments at the collegiate church of St. Moriz and interesting impressions near the Diocesan Museum, there were tasks everywhere that demanded teamwork, creativity and attention to detail. The team building experience in Rottenburg am Neckar happened almost effortlessly because the challenges encouraged collaboration.
During the tour the two teams competed in a friendly rivalry: points were earned for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks. Some stations sparked lively strategy discussions, while others promoted quiet, focused cooperation — always with plenty of fun and commitment.
After three hours everyone reconvened at the market square for the awards ceremony. I was delighted to announce the result: the winners were The explorers with 405 points, narrowly followed by Team-Dream with 405 points. The mood was jubilant, everyone clearly had a great time and took away many new impressions.
For me, an afternoon like this shows how powerful a team building experience in Rottenburg am Neckar can be: team spirit grows by solving tasks together, the town is rediscovered and lasting memories are made. A thoroughly successful event that offers real added value for both companies and smaller groups.
