Team Building Event Deutsche Post AG NL BETRIEB Leipzig
On the afternoon of September 10, 2025, 90 motivated colleagues from Deutsche Post AG in Leipzig met for a lively team building event in Chemnitz.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group at Salzstraße and, after a short briefing, the 13 teams set off with great anticipation on the Scavenger Hunt. Using our app and clear tasks, everyone made their way through the city center — perfect conditions for a real team building experience in Chemnitz.
The tasks led the groups to well-known spots around the city: past the impressive Karl-Marx-Monument, by the State Museum of Archaeology Chemnitz, and along historic buildings like the Old Town Hall. At each station cleverness, communication and creativity were required — excellent ingredients for successful team building experience in Chemnitz.
During the tour the teams worked independently, puzzled over riddles and completed varied team tasks to collect as many points as possible. I was available by phone in case questions or problems came up — rarely needed, since the atmosphere was great and the tasks were tackled with real commitment.
After two hours everyone regrouped at Salzstraße for the joint debrief and awards ceremony. The weather cooperated, so the mood outside was relaxed and cheerful. Excitement filled the air as the results were announced.
The podium: First place went to Winner (Team 6) with an impressive 255 points. In second place was Team 2 with 210 points, closely followed by Bemessung hoch 7 (Team 7) with 195 points. Congratulations to the winners and a big well done to all participants for their great effort.
These kinds of experiences show how shared fun and shared challenges can come together. Geocaching and city puzzles are ideal building blocks for lasting team building experience in Chemnitz — they encourage exchange, strengthen trust and create lasting memories.
It was a lot of fun to accompany Deutsche Post AG at this event and to feel the teams' energy. I look forward to many more discoveries in Chemnitz with new groups.
