Team Building Event GWW Wiesbadener Wohnbaugesellschaft mbH
The 24 participants from GWW Wiesbadener Wohnbaugesellschaft mbH met punctually on September 8, 2025 at 10:00 for the big Murder Mystery Geocaching in Eltville am Rhein.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group at Platz von Montrichard and gave a brief outline of the plan: after a short introduction the participants were split into four teams and given tablets, where our app displayed the cases and crime scenes. Thus began an exciting team building experience in Eltville am Rhein that called for curiosity and cooperation.
The teams made their own way through the old town of Eltville am Rhein, passing landmarks such as Burg Eltville, the Church of St. Peter and Paul and the old Amtsapotheke. Tricky puzzles and hands-on team tasks awaited at every turn, with points awarded for correct solutions. The competition for the highest score produced many smiling faces and inspired everyone to come up with creative solutions together.
During the tour I was available by phone in case of technical questions or follow-ups on the cases. The groups work independently strengthened their cohesion: tasks were divided, clues were discussed and decisions were made together — exactly what makes our team building experience in Eltville am Rhein so effective.
The weather was fairly good and treated us to pleasant stretches, which contributed to the relaxed mood without letting concentration slip. Time and again one could hear team shouts and cheerful comments when a clue was solved or a point was earned.
After two hours all teams met again at Platz von Montrichard for the joint debriefing and award ceremony. When the winners were announced there was genuine joy in the air — clever thinking, team spirit and the new impressions of the city were celebrated.
For me it was a lovely morning: a lively atmosphere, motivated participants and many moments in which cooperation became visible.
