Team Building Event Willke rail construction GmbH & Co. KG
What a wonderful day – perfect weather accompanied us throughout the tour.
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming 16 participants from Willke rail construction GmbH & Co. KG at the Ritterbrunnen on September 6, 2025 at 3:00 PM. After a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app, we split the group into three teams and set off on an exciting adventure full of puzzles and team tasks.
Our iPad Tour playfully combined city discovery and a team building experience in Brunswick: the teams navigated independently to historic sites, worked through quiz questions and solved tricky challenges. Well-known spots such as Brunswick Cathedral, Dankwarderode Castle and the Herzog Anton Ulrich Museum provided wonderful backdrops for creative challenges and shared laughter.
The CityHunters app fueled lively competition: points were shown in real time, and small team tasks let tactical thinking and team spirit shine. During the tour the groups were completely free in their strategy; I was reachable by phone at any time if questions came up or technical support was needed.
It wasn't just about points, but above all about experiencing things together and a team building experience in Brunswick. With fun, motivation and mutual support, the teams completed tasks that demanded observation, communication and creative solutions.
After two hours everyone met again at the Ritterbrunnen for the award ceremony. The mood was exuberant and proud as we announced the rankings: the winning team Willke auf die 1 secured the victory with 240 points. In second place was Pink Panters with 210 points, followed by Willkemädels 3 with 165 points.
This event clearly demonstrated how much energy and cohesion an interactive city adventure can unleash. A team building experience in Brunswick becomes a powerful occasion that brings colleagues closer together and leaves a lasting impression.
I am already looking forward to the next time we discover Brunswick together, solve puzzles and celebrate team spirit.
