Team Building Event Dr. Dienst, Zerfass & Kollegen GmbH
Our event concept blends city exploration, puzzle fun and digital technology into an exciting team building event - exactly what we experienced on 04.09.2025 at 15:00 during our iPad Tour in Würzburg.
As CityHunters team guide I welcomed the 23 participants from Dr. Dienst, Zerfass & Kollegen GmbH at a central meeting point on Theaterstraße. After a brief introduction to the iPads and the task distribution the groups were split into four teams and the adventure began: team building experience in Würzburg at its liveliest.
The route led through Würzburg city center past impressive sights such as the Würzburg Residence, the Marienberg Fortress and the Alte Mainbrücke. Challenging puzzles and creative team tasks awaited at every turn, demanding not only knowledge but above all communication and inventiveness. The CityHunters app provided the guiding thread: tasks, score displays and exciting clues accompanied the teams throughout the tour.
During playtime the teams were largely on their own and competed in a friendly contest for the highest score. I was reachable by phone and stepped in when technical questions or uncertainties arose - this kept the focus on fun, momentum and an authentic team building experience in Würzburg.
After one and a half hours everyone met back on Theaterstraße for the joint awards ceremony. The weather played along perfectly, so the atmosphere was cheerful and relaxed. It was particularly impressive how quickly new team dynamics developed and how much energy the colleagues put into solving the challenges - real team building experience in Würzburg up close.
The podium was distributed this time as follows: 1st place went to team Regenschirm with 180 points, followed by Avangers with 165 points and WürzburgInside with 150 points in third place. All teams participated enthusiastically and made the afternoon an unforgettable experience.
For me as guide this event remains memorable: a happy, engaged group that rediscovered Würzburg - a perfect combination of exploration, fun and team strengthening. Team building experience in Würzburg can be so simple and effective.
