Team Building Event Fujitsu Germany GmbH
The 15 participants from Fujitsu Germany GmbH met on September 2, 2025 at 4:30 PM at Max-Joseph-Platz, ready for a shared discovery tour through Old Town.
As the team guide from CityHunters I welcomed the group briefly, explained the key information and handed out the tablets with the CityHunters app, and so our Geocaching outing began. Three teams quickly formed, eager and energetic as they set off. From the start it was clear that this event combined fun with real team success, a perfect team building experience in Old Town.
The route took us through the lively city center of Old Town and offered many beautiful perspectives: past the impressive New Town Hall, with views of the distinctive Frauenkirche, and along fascinating corners full of history and stories. On the tour the teams solved a variety of puzzles and completed creative team tasks to collect points. The teams were largely on their own and could test and strengthen their collaboration, while I remained reachable by phone the entire time in case help was needed. The weather played along and added to the buoyant atmosphere.
After 2.5 hours everyone met again at Max-Joseph-Platz for the awards ceremony. The tension was high and then relief and joy followed: the winning team Fantastisch claimed victory with 300 points. Coming in next were Heimvorteil with 240 points and Gruppe Arschlöcher also with 240 points. It was great to see the teams cheering, coming together and sharing their success, exactly what makes a team building experience in Old Town so valuable.
Experiences like this show how Geocaching in the city can be explored playfully and also embraced as a team building experience in Old Town. For companies that want to try something different outside the daily routine, this evening will certainly be remembered as joyful, dynamic and unifying. I already look forward to the next shared adventure through Old Town.
