Team Building Event IBP Steuerberater
Kevelaer charms visitors with its special atmosphere and invites exploration – ideal for a team building experience in Kevelaer.
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of leading an iPad Tour on 29.08.2025 at 3:30 pm for 18 employees from IBP Steuerberater. We met at the Hülsparkstadion at Hüls, where I welcomed the group and gave a brief introduction to the iPads and the schedule. After a short briefing the participants were split into three teams and off we went: a team building experience in Kevelaer at its best.
The route took us through Kevelaer’s town center, bringing the teams past beautiful and well known spots such as the Marienbasilika, the Kerzenkapelle and the Niederrheinisches Museum. Our high-tech Scavenger Hunt combined local sights with interactive challenges: puzzles, small team tasks and tricky problems that earned points and encouraged creative thinking. The CityHunters App and the iPads were the heart of the experience – modern, playful and motivating.
During the tour the teams moved independently and competed in a friendly race for the highest score. I was reachable by phone to help with any questions or technical issues – one quick call and the groups were back on track. The weather was on our side, spirits were high, and the shared tasks clearly boosted team spirit everywhere you looked.
After 2.5 hours we reconvened at the Hülsparkstadion for the award ceremony. First place went to the team Ibp checker with 345 points. In second place came Die sechs lulatoren, also with 345 points, followed by Die orientierungslosen with 300 points. The joy over the shared experience and the friendly competition were clearly the highlights.
