Team Building Event KRÖNER Medizintechnik GmbH
Our event concept combines adventure, puzzles and team spirit into a lively Geocaching experience — and that is exactly what I did on August 29, 2025 as a CityHunters team guide with KRÖNER Medizintechnik GmbH in Altenkirchen (Westerwald).
At 2:00 PM, 35 participants met me at Driescheider Weg in Altenkirchen (Westerwald). After a brief welcome and introduction the groups were formed: six teams set off eager to begin their own adventure. With our tablets and the CityHunters app the teams received coordinates, engaging puzzles and a variety of team tasks.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own, competing in a friendly contest for the most points. I was reachable by phone throughout in case any questions or technical issues came up. The weather was on our side, so the atmosphere stayed positive and energetic.
The route led the groups past familiar landmarks and offered plenty of moments of discovery and surprise. Between stops around the Christuskirche, the Bismarckturm and the sites recalling the Battle of Altenkirchen the participants were able to see the town from a new perspective. This Geocaching format is ideal for sharing laughs, solving problems and celebrating successes — a true team building experience in Altenkirchen (Westerwald).
Over the three hours on the move the teams steadily collected points by solving puzzles correctly and tackling creative team tasks. When time was up everyone returned to the starting point on Driescheider Weg for the award ceremony. Faces were beaming — there was real joy and recognition in the air.
The team Zu einfach narrowly won with 370 points, followed by Die 5 heiligen 6 with 360 points and Gwnner with 345 points. Congratulations to all teams — the competition once again showed how effective and unifying a team building experience in Altenkirchen (Westerwald) can be.
Whether as a team building event, a company outing or a summer program, Geocaching in Altenkirchen (Westerwald) combines sightseeing, puzzle fun and shared team experiences. I am already looking forward to next time, when we will explore the town together again and write the next chapter of team building experience in Altenkirchen (Westerwald).
