Team Building Event Wolfarth, Willems & Kollegen StB GmbH
Moers charmed us again that morning and provided the perfect backdrop for our event.
As a team guide for CityHunters, I had the pleasure of welcoming a lively group of 47 colleagues from Wolfarth, Willems & Kollegen StB GmbH on August 29, 2025. The meeting point was the leisure park on Krefelder Street, where I greeted everyone, outlined the schedule, and gave the technical briefing. After a quick team assignment, seven motivated teams set off on their adventure – real team building experience in Moers, very hands-on.
With tablets and the CityHunters app in hand, the teams headed into the city center. Passing well-known spots like Moers Castle, the Schlosstheater Moers, and the Stadtkirche Moers, they discovered exciting corners of the town. The challenges ranged from tricky puzzles to creative team tasks that earned points. During the tour the groups were on their own and competed in good-natured rivalry, while I remained reachable by phone in case anyone needed help.
The motto was clear: have fun and find solutions together. During Geocaching in Moers each group could play to its strengths, collaborate, and learn new things about the city. The team building experience in Moers showed its best side here: communication, creativity, and a bit of speed often led to success.
After three hours everyone met back at the leisure park on Krefelder Street for the awards ceremony. The weather cooperated and the atmosphere was upbeat. The victory went to Team Lotz with 420 points; in second place was Team Jens, also with 420 points; and in third place Team Lions with 420 points. A tight head-to-head race that clearly demonstrated the participants' cohesion and determination.
Geocaching in Moers is a great mix of adventure, competition, and shared enjoyment for company events.
For me personally it was once again a pleasure to see how team building experience in Moers brings people together and creates memories that linger long after the day is over.
