Team Building Event KKSP TREUHAND AG Steuerberatungsgesellschaft
Neustadt an der Weinstraße charms visitors with its picturesque streets and invites exploration.
As a CityHunters team guide, I led a Geocaching event on August 28, 2025 at 9:30 AM for 21 participants from KKSP TREUHAND AG Steuerberatungsgesellschaft. We met at the starting point at KKSP Treuhand on Rosslaufstraße, a central location that made for an easy launch into the town. The mood was expectant, the weather was okay, and nobody let it dampen their spirits.
After a brief welcome and introduction, we handed out the tablets with the CityHunters app and explained the main procedures. The participants were then divided into four teams and set off. Our team building experience in Neustadt an der Weinstraße was all about rediscovering the city: the Collegiate Church of St. Aegidius, the Dr. Welsch Terrace and Haardter Castle were among the lovely places where teams solved intriguing puzzles and completed creative group tasks.
The teams were on their own during the tour and engaged in a friendly competition for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles, for team tasks and for clever observations of the surroundings. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case anyone needed help, though short hints were usually enough to keep everyone enjoying themselves.
After exactly three hours we met back at the starting point for the award ceremony. The winning team Die weinschnecken took first place with 315 points; Enten came in second with 270 points, closely followed by Die Flöhe in third with 255 points. The top three teams received festive medals to the delight of all, a nice finale to our team building experience in Neustadt an der Weinstraße.
Events like these combine playful challenges with shared experiences and strengthen team bonds in a lasting way. I am glad we were able to explore Neustadt an der Weinstraße in such an entertaining manner and I look forward to the next team building experience in Neustadt an der Weinstraße.
