Team Building Event Hallesche Wasser und Stadtwirtschaft GmbH
The weather was simply perfect for our Geocaching adventure in Halle (Saale).
As a team guide for CityHunters, I had the pleasure of welcoming a lively group of ten colleagues from Hallesche Wasser und Stadtwirtschaft GmbH on August 26, 2025. We met at Friedemann-Bach-Platz, where I gave a short introduction to the teams, explained the tablets and the CityHunters app, and outlined the opening tasks. The excitement was tangible — ideal conditions for a genuine team building experience in Halle (Saale).
Then we were off: the small groups spread out through the city, exploring well known and hidden corners of the city centre. Along the way they faced a variety of puzzles and hands on team challenges that earned them points. The teams were on their own during the tour and competed against each other in a friendly rivalry. I remained reachable by phone the whole time in case any questions came up or technical help was needed.
Halle (Saale) was at its most beautiful, offering an impressive backdrop with sights such as the Marktkirche Unser Lieben Frauen, the Moritzburg and the Franckeschen Stiftungen. The historic spots and narrow streets repeatedly produced aha moments and pushed the groups to find creative solutions — exactly what makes a great team building experience in Halle (Saale).
After two exciting hours everyone met back at Friedemann-Bach-Platz for the awards ceremony. The mood was buoyant as points were tallied and outstanding achievements were recognized. The winning team Bella Ciao took first place with an impressive 180 points — a wonderful ending to an intense afternoon.
Events like this combine fun, competition and real teamwork. Geocaching in Halle (Saale) is a wonderful way to rediscover the city while strengthening cooperation. It was a pleasure to guide this experience for Hallesche Wasser und Stadtwirtschaft GmbH — a day full of laughter, team spirit and unforgettable impressions.
