Team Building Event Zahnarztpraxis Nordstadt
Eight colleagues from the Nordstadt dental practice met on a sunny morning in Hanover, ready for an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching and plenty of team spirit.
As the team guide I welcomed the group at 09:00 at Opernplatz and gave a brief introduction. After a short briefing the participants were divided into two teams and equipped with tablets and our app. The app guided the teams to various crime scenes around the city centre, taking them past landmarks such as the New Town Hall, the Market Church and Leine Palace, and presenting tricky cases and team challenges.
The weather was perfect and the mood was upbeat from the start: the teams worked with focus, discussed eagerly and clearly enjoyed collecting clues and deciphering traces. During the tour the groups moved independently and competed against each other in a friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correctly solving the puzzles and for creative, collaborative solutions to the challenges.
I remained reachable by phone for the entire duration in case any questions or technical issues came up. The blend of puzzle fun, city discovery and digital support from the app made the experience a great team building experience in Hanover: everyone could bring their strengths, exchange ideas and celebrate successes together.
After exactly three hours everyone met again at Opernplatz for the award ceremony. Tension was high as the points were tallied — in the end the team Schnapsermittler won with an impressive 105 points. Participant feedback showed that it was the combination of adventure, tricky puzzles and exploring the city that made the event especially appealing.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching is a wonderful opportunity for a team building experience in Hanover: it combines play and challenge with urban exploration while strengthening group cohesion.
I am already looking forward to the next time we get to experience Hanover from a new perspective.
