Team Building Event DP World Logistics Germany B.V.&Co. KG
The weather was simply perfect — sunshine and ideal conditions for an exciting afternoon.
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure on August 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM of leading a Geocaching tour for 22 colleagues from DP World Logistics Germany B.V. & Co. KG. The meeting point was at Allerpark, where I welcomed the group, briefly explained how things would work, and divided everyone into five teams. Everyone knew our team building event was about fun, creativity, and finding solutions together.
Armed with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set off to discover Wolfsburg in a completely different way. Our route took them past well-known sights like the Autostadt, phaeno, and the Planetarium — perfect places to hide intriguing clues and build in team challenges. This is exactly what makes a team building experience in Wolfsburg so special: sightseeing meets puzzle fun.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own, engaged in a friendly competition for the most points. Points were earned by correctly solving puzzles and successfully completing creative tasks. I was reachable by phone for the entire tour in case any questions or problems came up — often a quick call was enough to clear up a small issue and keep the game flowing.
After exactly three hours all groups met back at Allerpark for the award ceremony. The excitement built as the results were announced: in first place was team Cherpitate with an impressive 405 points, followed by Logbuchräuber with 285 points and Koordinatenjäger with 255 points. The teams in first through third place received medals in recognition of their performance — a lovely finale to a successful team experience.
I always enjoy seeing how much an event like this strengthens togetherness: laughter, strategic thinking, and shared moments of success — that is what defines our team building experience in Wolfsburg.
