Team Building Event Kiefel GmbH
As a CityHunters team guide I accompanied a Geocaching event for the colleagues from Kiefel GmbH in Bad Reichenhall on July 29, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting point was Baderstraße, where I welcomed the 19 participants and gave a brief introduction to the schedule. Three teams formed quickly and the tablets with the CityHunters app were explained, and so our shared adventure began in a relaxed atmosphere.
A team building experience in Bad Reichenhall hardly gets better: the teams set off across town, discovering hidden corners and well-known sights like the Alte Saline, the Kurgarten and the Predigtstuhlbahn from a fresh perspective. Our challenges were not just about speed but above all about cooperation, creativity and the shared joy of discovery.
On the tour the groups worked independently and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for creative team tasks that demanded team spirit and communication. I was reachable by phone the entire time in case any questions or technical hurdles came up, which kept the experience relaxed and smoothly organized.
The weather was pleasant — not too hot, with a few friendly clouds that helped create a good mood. These conditions allowed everyone to focus on what mattered: fun, discovery and shared experiences. Moments like these are exactly what make a team building experience in Bad Reichenhall so valuable.
After about two and a half hours we met again on Baderstraße for the awards ceremony. First place went to team A-Team with 300 points, followed by Dry with 255 points and Gewinner with 225 points. The proud winners received medals and plenty of applause — a perfect finish to a high-energy event.
As a guide it was lovely to see how quickly enjoyment and team spirit developed. Geocaching combines exploration, puzzle fun and collaborative problem solving, making it an ideal way to create an active and lasting team building experience in Bad Reichenhall. I look forward to many more tours through this charming town.
