Team Building Event Bürklin Sanitär Heizung
Mainz enchants with its blend of history, views of the Rhine and a lively city center — a perfect backdrop for our Geocaching event.
As a CityHunters team guide I welcomed a group of 15 colleagues from Bürklin Sanitär Heizung at the Parkhaus Rheinufer on Peter-Altmeier-Allee on July 30, 2025 at 10:30 AM. After a brief introduction to the schedule, the app and the rules, we split the participants into three motivated teams and got them ready for three hours of team adventure.
The tasks took the teams all across Mainz: past the impressive Mainz Cathedral and historic spots like the Drususstein and the Electoral Palace. At every turn there were puzzles, small team tasks and hidden clues that earned points — exactly the ingredients that make a team building experience in Mainz so special. During the tour the teams were largely on their own and engaged in friendly competition; I remained reachable by phone for any technical questions or uncertainties.
The mood was upbeat, the weather played along, and the activities produced plenty of laughter, creative problem-solving and real camaraderie. That is what we mean by a team building experience in Mainz: tackling challenges together, learning from one another and growing closer as a group — while discovering the city from a fresh perspective.
After three hours we reconvened at the starting point for the awards ceremony. The winners reflected the close, fair contests: first place went to Team rosa with 270 points, followed by Die glorreichen fünf with 210 points and Team zwei with 150 points. All teams received feedback, and we celebrated the day’s highlights together.
Experiences like this show how we at CityHunters shape team building experiences in Mainz: exciting, interactive and providing real added value for collaboration. Those who already know Mainz see the city anew, and those who are new to it quickly understand why it has so much charm.
