Team Building Event Gemeinschaftspraxis Hamburgerstr.
Today I accompanied 13 participants from Gemeinschaftspraxis Hamburgerstr., who met punctually on July 25, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Holstentorplatz in Lübeck to take part in an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching.
After a short, motivating introduction the participants were split into three teams and shown how to use the app on the tablets, the central tool for our investigation. The tasks and cases the app presented left everyone wanting more: gathering clues, analyzing traces and making decisions together. The concept blends technology and adventure and shows how modern city experiences and classic puzzle solving complement each other.
The teams set off independently and competed in a friendly race for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successfully completed team tasks, calling for creativity and cooperation. As team guide I remained available by phone throughout the tour in case anyone needed help or a little hint.
Our search for clues took the groups past some of Lübeck’s most beautiful sights: from the Holstentor to the imposing St Marys Church, on to Lübeck Cathedral and the St Annen Museums Quarter. For an afternoon these landmarks became intriguing crime scenes and provided many aha moments. The experience is a wonderful example of how a team building experience in Lübeck can create new shared memories and let you see the city from a fresh perspective.
The weather was pleasantly warm and contributed to a lively atmosphere — perfect conditions for active exploration and good spirits. After three hours all teams met again at Holstentorplatz for the award ceremony. I was delighted to announce that first place went to Die Beginner with 345 points, followed by D2 und Co. with 255 points and Daniels Gang with 195 points.
