Team Building Event Bronkhorst Deutschland Nord GmbH
As a CityHunters team guide I welcomed a lively group from Bronkhorst Deutschland Nord GmbH in Hanover on 24 July 2025 at 12:30. Twenty-one participants met me at Opernplatz, were split into three teams and readied for an exciting round of Geocaching through the city center.
After a brief introduction we explained the schedule, handed out the tablets with the CityHunters app and made the final arrangements. Then it was ready, set, go! The mix of puzzles, creative tasks and navigation immediately left everyone wanting more — exactly what makes the team building experience in Hanover so special.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed fairly for the highest score. Points were awarded for solving tasks correctly, clever team solutions and completing small challenges. Of course I was reachable by phone the whole time in case any questions or problems came up.
The route took us to some of Hanover’s most beautiful spots: from the impressive New Town Hall and the historic Market Church to the Leineschloss — the city kept surprising us with charming views and hidden details. Those shared discoveries are exactly the heart of Geocaching in Hanover: sightseeing and teamwork at the same time.
The weather was perfect and the atmosphere was both lively and focused. You could see teams coming together, finding creative solutions and encouraging one another. Experiences like these are an ideal team building experience in Hanover — they promote communication, trust and, above all, fun together.
After three hours all groups returned to Opernplatz for the awards ceremony. The winning team Quit-x took first place with 300 points, closely followed by Amore also with 300 points. Third place went to Die Bronkies with 240 points. The closing mood was jubilant: applause, laughter and many great memories.
