Team Building Event Gebr. Becker GmbH
On 22 July 2025 at 4:30 pm I had the pleasure of welcoming the team from Gebr. Becker GmbH in Wuppertal as a team guide for CityHunters. Fourteen colleagues gathered on the Kirchplatz to set off together on an entertaining adventure: a team building experience in Wuppertal that is fun and brings people together. After a brief introduction the participants were divided into three teams and equipped with the CityHunters app — then we were off.
The next hour and more took the teams across the city: past sights such as the Botanical Garden Wuppertal, the striking Lego Bridge and Elberfeld Town Hall. The task was clear: earn points as a team by correctly solving puzzles and completing creative challenges. Everyone contributed their strengths to the success — exactly what a good team building experience in Wuppertal is about.
During the tour the groups were on their own and engaged in friendly competition. I was reachable by phone in case of technical questions or route queries. The atmosphere was uniformly positive: the weather cooperated and provided pleasant conditions, so the exploration was genuinely enjoyable.
After exactly two hours everyone met back at the Kirchplatz for the review and a small awards ceremony. The tension was high as the points were added up: the winners were the team Creative Fico with 195 points. Second place went to Speedy with 180 points, closely followed by Die laufenden Nasen, also with 180 points. A great finish to an energetic team building event.
Geocaching in Wuppertal offers the perfect mix of puzzle fun, physical activity and a spirit of discovery. Whether specialist quizzes, creative solutions or team challenges, every task strengthens cohesion. A team building experience in Wuppertal can thus be playfully combined with exploring the city.
I am already looking forward to the next time we explore the corners and stories of this vibrant city — perhaps on the next run we will discover even more of the rich variety Wuppertal has to offer.
