Team Building Event Merz Consumer Care GmbH
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching on July 18, 2025, with four participants from Merz Consumer Care GmbH. The meeting point was Holzgraben in downtown Frankfurt, where I gave the group a brief welcome and set the tone for the adventure. The weather cooperated — ideal conditions for our active team building experience in Frankfurt.
After a short introduction the participants became detectives: equipped with tablets and our app, the teams set off in search of clues and solved criminal cases that turned the city into a thrilling backdrop. The technology guided the groups to various crime scenes, where they collected evidence, solved puzzles, and completed team tasks. The Städel Museum, the Römer, Frankfurt Cathedral (Kaiserdom St. Bartholomäus) and the Alte Oper all became stages for small investigations and surprising aha moments.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed in good spirits for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successfully completed team tasks — a perfect mix of brains, communication and speed. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case anyone needed support or a quick hint.
After three hours everyone met back at Holzgraben for the final awards. The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful as we announced the results and shared highlights from the tour. It was wonderful to see how the event brought the group closer together: cooperation, mutual trust and plenty of laughter defined the afternoon — exactly what a great team building experience in Frankfurt looks like.
