Team Building Event Seitz Weckbach Fackler & Partner
Perfect summer weather accompanied our Geocaching event on July 18, 2025. At 09:00 sharp, 49 colleagues from Seitz Weckbach Fackler & Partner met me, their team guide, at Elias-Holl-Platz in Augsburg.
After a brief welcome and introduction we split the group into eight teams. Equipped with tablets and our CityHunters app, each team received all the clues for the tour. I explained the schedule, answered questions, and remained available by phone throughout the three hours to provide support.
The route led across the historic city center and offered many lovely encounters with Augsburg highlights: the teams solved tasks around the Fuggerei, the Augsburg Town Hall and the Historic Water Management of Augsburg. Once again it became clear how well exploring the city and solving puzzles together complement each other — a true team building experience in Augsburg that is fun and brings people together.
Along the way the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and for creative team tasks that demanded collaboration and communication. Laughter, spontaneous strategy discussions and the shared thrill when a puzzle was cracked could be heard repeatedly.
After exactly three hours all teams regrouped at Elias-Holl-Platz for the awards ceremony. The excitement was high: in first place was Team Gewinner with an impressive 345 points, followed by Winners with 315 points and Auxbusters with 285 points. Congratulations to the winners and a big well done to all participants for the great team performance.
This event showed once again that a team building experience in Augsburg combines adventure, culture and good spirits. Whether exploring historic corners or tackling tricky challenges together, the shared time forges bonds and leaves lasting memories.
