Team Building Event Hausarztzentrum Ruit
The 11 participants from Hausarztzentrum Ruit met punctually at 9:30 AM at Holzmarkt, ready for a refreshing mix of city exploration and team spirit.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group on 18 July 2025 and gave a brief introduction to the iPad Tour in Tübingen. After a short rundown of the app and the rules, I split the participants into two teams. The excitement was tangible: two teams, friendly competition, full of energy and curiosity.
The teams set off and explored Tübingen on their own. The route took them past highlights such as the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, the Stiftskirche and Hohentübingen Castle — perfect backdrops for engaging challenges. The mix of historic locations and modern technology made the experience special: interactive puzzles on the iPad, creative team tasks and observation challenges produced lots of laughter and clever team strategies.
During the roughly two and a half hours I was available by phone for any questions or technical hiccups. Usually a brief hint was enough to get everyone going again with renewed motivation. That allowed everyone to focus fully on the fun of the game and solving the tasks together — exactly what we mean by a team building experience in Tübingen.
The weather cooperated: clear skies, pleasant temperatures and a cheerful atmosphere in the streets of Tübingen. Time and again you could hear teams discussing, making plans and celebrating successes — typical moments of successful team building experiences where communication and cohesion grow.
After two and a half hours all groups met again at Holzmarkt for the award ceremony. I was pleased to announce the winning team. Frauen Power secured the victory with 240 points. Congratulations, photos and a few anecdotes rounded off the conclusion.
