Team Building Event Hamburger Pensionsverwaltung e. G.

Our Murder Mystery Geocaching combines city exploration, puzzle fun and teamwork into a compelling event concept that makes a team building experience in Old Town come alive in a new way.

On July 16, 2025 at 3:00 pm I welcomed the seven participants from Hamburger Pensionsverwaltung e. G. at the rear of the main church Sankt Petri. After a short introduction and an explanation of the format I split the group into two teams. The mood was tense and expectant — exactly the right foundation for a successful team building experience in Old Town.

Equipped with tablets and the special app, the teams set off. The digital trail led them to the city's notable spots: past the Speicherstadt, with a view of the Elbphilharmonie, and to puzzling stations near familiar landmarks. The tasks demanded problem solving, communication and creative thinking — classic elements that strengthen teamwork and boost team spirit.

During the tour the two teams were on their own, competing fairly for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and for team tasks completed together. I remained reachable by phone to assist with questions or organizational matters, while giving the groups plenty of space to explore the city on their own and put their collaboration to the test.

After exactly three hours we met again at the rear of the main church Sankt Petri for the awards ceremony. The winning team was Team 3 Zwerge with 195 points. In second place Team 4 Zwerge with 195 points. The weather played along, the sun lifted everyone's spirits and contributed to a cheerful finish.

This Murder Mystery Geocaching was once again a great example of how much fun and value a team building experience in Old Town can bring: encounters at historic sites, shared puzzling and the satisfaction of solving things together. For companies seeking a lively team building event in Old Town this blend of adventure, technology and cooperation is a real asset.
