Team Building Event Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG
55 participants from Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG gathered at the market square in Ludwigsburg, eager for Geocaching and looking forward to a shared adventure.
As a CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the group, gave a brief introduction, and divided everyone into eight teams. After a short explanation of the route and how to operate the tablets with the CityHunters app preinstalled, each group set off independently. Thus began our lively team building experience in Ludwigsburg: solving puzzles, using observation skills, and tackling creative team tasks — all with the aim of collecting as many points as possible.
The weather proved challenging, but that only added energy: light showers and fresh air brought the teams even closer together and produced plenty of laughs. The route led our teams to charming corners and well-known sights such as the Residenzschloss Ludwigsburg, the Stadtkirche Ludwigsburg, and Schloss Favorite. At each station knowledge, tactics, and team spirit were put to the test.
Over the two hours the groups competed for the highest score and were largely self-organized — I remained reachable by phone in case any questions or technical issues arose. The motto was clear: think together, act together, and have fun. The team building experience in Ludwigsburg proved to be the perfect mix of city exploration, competition, and shared moments.
At the agreed time all teams returned to the market square for the awards ceremony. I was pleased to announce the winning team Wirtschaftswachsum, who took first place with an impressive 285 points. In second place was Team 6 with 240 points, followed by Markel with 225 points. Applause and a few well-deserved moments of celebration rounded off the finish.
This Geocaching event was more than just a Scavenger Hunt: it was a team building experience in Ludwigsburg that strengthened connections, encouraged communication, and gave everyone a shared sense of achievement. I’m already looking forward to the next time we explore Ludwigsburg together and help teams grow closer in new ways.
