Team Building Event Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG
The 25 participants from Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG met on 11 July 2025 at 2:30 pm at Schlossplatz in Stuttgart, ready for an exciting adventure through the city center.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group, gave a brief introduction and explained the four teams. After a practical tech briefing — each group had a tablet with the CityHunters app preinstalled — the tour began. I was available by phone throughout the game, but the teams were on their own and competing in good spirits.
The challenges combined creative thinking with powers of observation: cracking codes, finding hidden clues and completing small team tasks. By following coordinates the participants discovered well-known and tucked-away corners of Stuttgart, such as Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, the Old Castle and the Stiftskirche. Sightseeing naturally blended with a lively team building experience.
The team building experience in Stuttgart showed its best side: excitement, interaction and shared successes defined the groups. The mix of puzzles and active tasks boosted team spirit and produced plenty of laughs and aha moments. The weather cooperated, so the atmosphere stayed relaxed and positive.
After exactly three hours all teams returned to Schlossplatz where the awards ceremony took place. Points were awarded based on correct solutions and team performance, and the results reflected some close head-to-head battles. First place went to team Türkisch für Angänger with 285 points. In second place was The champs with 270 points, closely followed by Die Raketen in third also with 270 points. The winning team received medals in recognition, and all participants enjoyed the shared finale.
Events like this are a wonderful example of a team building experience in Stuttgart: playful, immersive and marked by genuine togetherness. Whether a company outing or a small in-company team building event — Geocaching combines exploring the city with teamwork and leaves a lasting impression.
