Team Building Event IF-Tech AG
The 55 participants from Obsession GmbH met promptly on July 11, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. for our iPad Tour — ready for an exciting afternoon of puzzles, team spirit and discoveries in Prague. As the CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading this team building event and warmly welcomed the group at the Grandior Hotel on Na Poříčí.
After a short introduction to using the iPads and the CityHunters App, the participants were divided into nine teams. It quickly became clear this was not just about speed, but about communication, creativity and clever problem solving. Our high-tech Scavenger Hunt combines history and modern technology — that is exactly what makes our team building experience in Prague so special.
The teams wandered independently through Prague's city center, visited historic sites and solved tricky puzzles and entertaining team challenges at various stations. Whether a glance toward Charles Bridge, a photo in front of Prague Castle or a task at the Old Town Square, the mix of culture, play and interaction produced many laughs and shared successes. The weather cooperated, keeping the mood upbeat throughout.
During the tour all groups could follow the scores in real time — the CityHunters App displayed the standings and enabled motivating live interaction. I remained available by phone along the entire route in case of technical questions or organizational concerns. That kept the tour smoothly organized without curbing the spirit of exploration.
After three hours we met again at the Grandior Hotel for a joint award ceremony — a lovely finale to a thoroughly successful team building event. On the top of the podium stood the team Motivation not found with 345 points, in second place The Sixth Sense with 330 points and in third place 404 not found with 285 points. Congratulations to all teams!
The team building experience in Prague shows that work and fun go hand in hand. This iPad Tour not only conveyed knowledge about the city but above all strengthened team cohesion. I am already looking forward to the next adventure in Prague and to more groups who want to join our interactive city exploration.
