Team Building Event Voss health GmbH
On 11 July 2025 at 3:30 pm, 21 colleagues from Voss health GmbH met for a Geocaching event in Aschaffenburg.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the group on Ludwigstraße and gave a brief overview of the schedule. After a short introduction and splitting into four teams, the participants received tablets with our CityHunters app. I explained how the app works and went over the main rules so everyone could start the tour well prepared.
Then we were off: the team building experience in Aschaffenburg was the focus for everyone. The teams explored the city independently, followed coordinates and solved puzzles at various locations. Along the way they discovered charming corners and well-known sights such as Schloss Johannisburg, the Pompejanum and the Church of St. Peter and Alexander, always enjoying creative tasks and paying attention to detail.
The challenges called for team spirit, logical thinking and a touch of creative bravery. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks, creating a friendly competition that motivated everyone. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or issues came up.
The weather cooperated — ideal conditions for an active outdoor event. The atmosphere was positive, teams supported one another and exchanged ideas creatively. The team building experience in Aschaffenburg became tangible: not just a challenge, but a shared journey of discovery through the city.
After exactly two hours the tablets guided the groups back to the starting point on Ludwigstraße, where the awards ceremony took place. During the final gathering everyone laughed about clever solutions, unforgettable moments and surprising ideas. One team took first place, but in the end everyone won: strengthened bonds, new memories and a closer sense of togetherness.
This team building experience in Aschaffenburg showed its best side — exploring, puzzling and celebrating successes together. I am pleased that Voss health GmbH chose this adventure and look forward to many more events that use Aschaffenburg as a lively backdrop.
