Team Building Event Praxis Dres. med. Scharl/Richter/Weiß
The participants — employees of the practice Dres. med. Scharl/Richter/Weiß — met punctually on July 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM for our Geocaching event in Bayreuth.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the group at the Margravial Opera House and gave a brief introduction to the schedule. After the organizational start and splitting into three teams, everyone received the devices and instructions for the CityHunters app. Thus began an active morning full of puzzles, discovery and joint activities — a genuine team building experience in Bayreuth.
The teams set off independently through Bayreuth’s charming city center. Our route took participants to well-known sights such as the Margravial Opera House, Haus Wahnfried and the New Palace Bayreuth. At each stop, tricky puzzles and creative team tasks awaited, demanding communication and cooperation. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case of technical questions or minor uncertainties.
The atmosphere was consistently cheerful and motivated: the combination of Geocaching, team challenges and exploring city squares produced many laughs and fresh insights. That is exactly what makes our Geocaching an ideal component for a team building experience in Bayreuth — you get to discover the city in a playful way while strengthening team cohesion.
After three hours all teams regrouped at the Margravial Opera House for the joint awards ceremony. Tension was high as the points were tallied: first place went to the team Mädelspower with 300 points, followed by Gewinner with 225 points and Die 5 tollen with 195 points. In wonderfully good weather the morning ended with applause, photos and satisfied faces.
The day once again demonstrated how lively and effective a team building experience in Bayreuth can be: exciting competitions, solving tasks together and discovering cultural highlights — an experience that will keep colleagues connected for a long time. I am already looking forward to the next shared adventure in Bayreuth.
