Team Building Event Optima packaging group GmbH
The sun was shining over Schwäbisch Hall, perfect weather for our Murder Mystery Geocaching on July 10, 2025 at 4:30 pm. As the team guide I was delighted to welcome the 36 participants from Optima packaging group GmbH and to kick off an exciting, active team building event in Schwäbisch Hall.
At the meeting point Im Haal we greeted the group, briefly explained the plan and split the participants into six teams. After a short introduction and handing out the tablets with our app the investigative work began: the technology showed the next crime scenes and provided clues for the teams to decode.
The tour took the teams across the town and past well-known spots, from St. Michael and the Kunsthalle Würth to the Hällisch-Fränkisches Museum. Riddles and team challenges awaited at every stop, offering chances to collect points. The teams worked independently in a friendly competition for the highest score while we as guides offered phone support for any questions.
What stood out was the mix of tricky tasks, city exploration and good spirits, which noticeably strengthened the bond among participants. Teams solved problems together, assigned roles based on strengths and supported one another — exactly what we mean by a team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall. The atmosphere was lively, motivating and full of team spirit.
After two hours all groups reunited at the starting point Im Haal for the awards ceremony. Cheers went to the winning team The Bitbusters with 315 points. In second place were the Titans of Ping with 285 points, followed by Cashcrew in third with 270 points. Feedback was consistently positive, with joy over the shared experience, recognition for creative solutions and pride in what everyone achieved together.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching once again showed how well city exploration and a team building experience can be combined. Whether enjoying the squares and alleys of Schwäbisch Hall in good weather or tackling the next case, events like this create memories and strengthen togetherness. We look forward to the next team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall and to new investigator teams who want to join us in the search for clues.
