Team Building Event Nachwuchsstiftung Maschinenbau gGmbH (Standort Nord)
As a CityHunters team guide, on July 9, 2025 at 3:30 PM I led a lively iPad Tour for 29 people from Nachwuchsstiftung Maschinenbau gGmbH (North site) in Bielefeld. The meeting point was the Sculpture Park, where we warmly welcomed the group, briefly explained how to use the iPads and our app, and divided the participants into five teams. The mood was motivating and full of anticipation from the start.
Our iPad Tour combines a team building experience in Bielefeld with modern technology: each team managed its tasks on a tablet, solved puzzles, completed team challenges and collected points. The route took them through the city center, past landmarks such as the Sparrenburg, the Kunsthalle Bielefeld and Theater Bielefeld. The tasks required observation, creativity and good communication – perfect ingredients for a successful team building experience in Bielefeld.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own and engaged in a friendly competition for the highest score. I was reachable by phone if questions or technical issues came up, and I enjoyed watching strategies form, knowledge being shared and colleagues getting to know one another in new ways. The nice weather added to the upbeat atmosphere.
After two hours everyone met again at the Sculpture Park for the awards ceremony. The excitement was high: first place went to the team The runners with 330 points, followed by Wir sind Nummer 1 with 315 points and LECKO MIO with 285 points. The top three received medals – a lovely finish to an intense team building experience.
These tours show how much fun a team building experience in Bielefeld can be: discovering the city, shared successes and lots of laughter create lasting memories.
