Team Building Event Siemens Healthineers AG
Erlangen presents a lively blend of history and modern spirit — the perfect backdrop for our interactive iPad Tour.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the group from Siemens Healthineers AG on July 7, 2025 at 5:00 PM. The meeting point was Hugenottenplatz, where we gave a short introduction to using the iPads and explained the rules of the Scavenger Hunt. There were eight participants in total, split into three teams, and the excitement was palpable.
Our concept combines experience and learning: team building experience in Erlangen becomes a lively, playful adventure. The teams wandered through the city center, explored corners around Friedrich-Alexander University, peeked into the Botanical Garden, and found inspiration at the Hugenottenkirche. At each station they faced puzzles and creative team challenges that earned points when solved correctly.
During the tour the groups were on their own, competing against each other in friendly rivalry. I was reachable by phone in case of technical questions or small uncertainties. The CityHunters app helped convey the atmosphere and the live sense of competition — a great example of how a modern team building experience in Erlangen combines technology and team spirit.
The weather was decent and provided pleasant conditions that kept everyone motivated. After about an hour and a half all teams met again at Hugenottenplatz for the award ceremony. There was great joy when the winning team Power and victory was announced with 225 points. In second place came team Ach with 195 points — congratulations to both groups!
The team building experience in Erlangen showed its best side that evening: fun, collaboration, and a bit of competition brought the group closer together.
