Team Building Event Brock-Müller-Ziegenbein
The weather was perfect for our iPad Tour in Kiel on July 4, 2025, sunny, mild and just right for an active afternoon full of team spirit.
As a CityHunters team guide I welcomed the 120 participants from the company Brock-Müller-Ziegenbein at 2:15 PM at the boat harbor. After a short, clear introduction to using the iPads and the CityHunters app, colleagues were split into 20 teams and equipped with their devices. The iPads served as the central hub of the tour and guided the groups to a variety of stops through the city center.
Our iPad Tour in Kiel combines modern technology with playful competition and was once again ideal for bringing a team building experience in Kiel to life. The teams explored the city independently, solved puzzles at historic locations and completed creative group tasks that required both observation and collaboration.
Along the route the groups discovered well-known highlights such as the Kunsthalle Kiel, the Maritime Museum and the Hörnbrücke, always paying attention to detail and enjoying the challenge. The CityHunters app displayed live scores in real time, creating a motivating competition. During the tour I was available by phone for questions and small hints but deliberately stayed in the background so the teams could find their own way.
After three hours all groups met again at the boat harbor for a joint award ceremony. The tension was palpable when the scores were announced: the winner was the team Vier gewinnt with 465 points, followed by Fantastischen 6 with 450 points and the team Biesamrunner with 435 points. Congratulations to the winners, and a big well done to all participants for their committed and cheerful involvement.
Experiences like this show how a team building experience in Kiel not only strengthens cohesion but also creates lasting fun. Anyone who wants to rediscover Kiel will find our iPad Tour a perfect mix of culture, technology and teamwork and a great reason to end the day together.
