Team Building Event DeWAG Wohnen GmbH & Co. KG
Stuttgart revealed its most beautiful side that afternoon: lively, historic and full of unexpected discoveries.
As a team guide for CityHunters, I had the pleasure of welcoming the 36 participants from DeWAG Wohnen GmbH & Co. KG at Schlossplatz on July 3, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Split into five teams, the colleagues set off on our Murder Mystery Geocaching — an interactive whodunit where technology meets adventure: tablets with our app guided them to intriguing cases and short tasks across the city centre.
team building experience in Stuttgart was the main focus that day. From challenges at the Staatsgalerie Stuttgart to clues near the Old Castle and at the Stiftskirche, the teams explored familiar sights from a new perspective and collected points by correctly solving puzzles and completing joint team tasks.
During the tour, the groups moved independently and competed in a friendly rivalry for the highest score. I was available by phone at all times in case of questions or technical issues. Perfect weather boosted the mood and produced many smiling faces and genuine team moments.
After exactly three hours everyone met again at Schlossplatz for the awards ceremony. The results showed how close and exciting the contest was: the winners were team Loire with 330 points, followed by team Alois also with 330 points, and in third place team Marie with 315 points. Applause and shared celebrations rounded off the event.
Such experiences are an ideal example of team building experience in Stuttgart: fun, collaboration and the shared solving of challenges connect colleagues in a playful way.
