Team Building Event Vitos Teilhabe gGmbH
On the morning of June 30, 2025 I had the pleasure, as a CityHunters team guide, of leading an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching event for Vitos Teilhabe gGmbH in Koblenz. Ten participants met promptly at 10:30 at Josef-Görres-Platz, where I welcomed them and gave a short introduction to the adventure. Two teams were formed quickly — competition was sparked and motivation was clearly high.
Armed with tablets and our dedicated app, the teams set off: a team building experience in Koblenz met brain-teasing puzzles and interactive team tasks. The challenges led the groups to well-known spots around the city, so alongside the puzzle fun the beauty of Koblenz was celebrated. The route passed sights such as the Kaiser-Wilhelm monument at the Deutsches Eck, St. Kastor, and views of the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress — perfect backdrops for our interactive Murder Mystery.
During the roughly two-and-a-half-hour tour the teams moved independently, collecting points for correctly solved puzzles and successfully completed team challenges. The atmosphere was lively and friendly; everywhere you could feel how working together strengthened bonds. I was available by phone throughout to help with questions or minor technical issues.
The weather was on our side and added to the good mood. Many participants took the chance to see the city from a new perspective — exactly what makes our team building experience in Koblenz so effective. It was not just about speed, but about communication, role allocation, and enjoying shared problem solving.
After 2.5 hours all groups returned to Josef-Görres-Platz for the final awards ceremony. When the scores were announced there was cheering, well-deserved recognition, and lots of laughter — a fitting finale to an intense team experience.
