Team Building Event Siemens Mobility GmbH
Prague blends history, culture and a lively atmosphere that turns every shared exploration into an experience.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming 57 participants from Siemens Mobility GmbH on 24 June 2025 at 3:15 pm. The meeting point was the Mariánský morový sloup on Hradčanské náměstí. After a brief introduction to the CityHunters App and the handling of the iPads the colleagues were split into nine teams and the adventure began: cutting-edge technology meets city exploration and a real team building experience in Prague.
The route led the groups past impressive landmarks such as Prague Castle, St. Vitus Cathedral and Charles Bridge. The teams worked independently, solved puzzles and completed creative team tasks to collect points. The CityHunters App showed the scores in real time and offered a motivating live chat which created tension and enjoyable competitive moments. I was available by phone throughout in case any support was needed. The weather cooperated perfectly so the atmosphere stayed very positive all afternoon.
Our iPad Tour playfully combined local history, culture and technology, exactly the mix that makes a successful team building event. Tasks required observation, communication and inventiveness; many teams discovered corners of the city they had not known before. This team building experience in Prague encouraged exchange and collaboration in a relaxed but effective way and left visible enthusiasm among all participants.
After three hours we met again at Hradčanské náměstí for the awards ceremony. Particularly exciting was that the winning team Hateful8 secured first place with 330 points, closely followed by Number 1 with also 330 points, and Fuenf took third place with 315 points. The awards ceremony was cheerful and appreciative, a nice finish to an intense experience.
Events like these show how positively colleagues can get to know one another better during an interactive city game. Team building experience in Prague succeeds in a playful and lasting way, and those who wish can end the day in a cozy restaurant. I am already looking forward to the next iPad Tour in Prague!
