Team Building Event Dr. Scheffler & Partner
On June 25, 2025 at 2:00 PM I had the pleasure of acting as a CityHunters team guide for an exciting Geocaching event with 32 employees from Dr. Scheffler & Partner in Lüneburg. We met at the Stintmarkt, where I welcomed the group, gave a short introduction and formed five teams. After a hands-on briefing each team received a tablet with the CityHunters app preinstalled — all set for the adventure.
And then we were off: pure team building experience in Lüneburg. The teams explored the old town, solved puzzles and completed creative team tasks at interesting locations. The challenges led groups to well-known spots like St. Nicolai, Lüneburg town hall and the distinctive Lüneburg water tower, as well as to hidden corners that are easy to miss. The mild, pleasant weather helped keep spirits and energy high throughout.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed to score the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles, clever team performances and the smart use of shared strengths — exactly what a team building experience in Lüneburg makes so valuable. I was reachable by phone the entire time to assist with questions or tricky tasks.
After two hours the app brought all groups back to the Stintmarkt, where we held the award ceremony. You could feel the excitement as the scores were tallied: the victory went to Citygirls with 135 points, closely followed by Team - E also with 135 points. In third place was A-Team with 120 points. Congratulations to everyone — we celebrated not just the results but, above all, the team spirit.
Geocaching in Lüneburg combines fun, competition and shared experiences in an ideal way. As a team guide it is always moving to see colleagues get to know each other anew, communicate more openly and find creative solutions together. A team building experience in Lüneburg — an event that continues to have a positive impact long after it ends.
