Team Building Event Bethmann Bank
The weather was on our side, blessing the afternoon with sunshine and good spirits.
As a team guide for CityHunters, I welcomed a group of 19 participants from Bethmann Bank at Willy-Brandt-Platz (by the euro sign) on June 24, 2025 at 3:45 PM. After a short introduction the participants were split into three teams and given the game devices and the rules for our Murder Mystery Geocaching - a perfect mix of suspense, puzzles and movement through Frankfurt.
The route took the teams past well-known sights such as the Römer, the Alte Oper and St. Bartholomew's Cathedral. On each stretch they had to find clues, solve tricky puzzles and complete team tasks. The app on the tablets showed the next stops and turned familiar landmarks into the scenes of exciting investigations - ideal for a team building experience in Frankfurt.
For the three hours the teams were largely on their own, competing in a friendly race for the most points. I was available by phone in case any questions or problems came up, but I could see collaboration, communication and creativity blossom within the teams. That dynamic is exactly what makes our team building experience in Frankfurt so valuable: people get to know each other anew in challenging situations and celebrate shared solutions.
After the agreed playing time everyone regrouped at Willy-Brandt-Platz for the awards ceremony. The winning team Wie bitte... HÄ took the day with 300 points and received their well-deserved medals. In second place was Midnight Hammer with 285 points, followed by Ein Fall für Sechs with 240 points. The happiness over shared successes and small aha moments was palpable everywhere.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching demonstrated once again how much fun and added value a well organized team building event in Frankfurt can bring - whether for company gatherings, incentives or as part of a summer program. I am already looking forward to the next adventure with new teams in this vibrant city.
