Team Building Event Birseck-Reisen+Transporte AG
Our concept: An iPad Tour that combines city exploration with a playful team building experience, bringing team building experience in Ulm to life.
As team guide I welcomed on June 20, 2025 a lively group of 45 employees from Birseck-Reisen+Transporte AG. The meeting point was the Leonardo Royal Hotel Ulm on Mörikestraße, where I gave a brief introduction and explained the app and the iPads. Participants were divided into eight teams and set off independently, eager for our mix of puzzles, challenges and city exploration.
In beautiful weather the route led through the heart of Ulm: past the impressive Ulm Minster, by the historic town hall, and with stops that could include the Museum of Bread Culture or the Church of the Holy Trinity. The tasks required creativity, communication and powers of observation — exactly the ingredients that make a team building experience in Ulm so valuable. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and original team challenges, keeping the competition exciting until the end.
The teams were completely on their own during the tour; I was reachable by phone and stepped in for questions or technical problems. The CityHunters app added energy on the go: live scores, interactive tasks and small surprises kept motivation high. It was great to see how varied the strategies were — some prioritized speed, others accuracy and teamwork.
After exactly three hours all groups met back at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Ulm for the joint awards ceremony. The atmosphere was lively and appreciative. The winning team Rollatoren finished with 300 points, followed closely by Milf Hunters with 285 points and The Milf Hunters 6 in third with 255 points. Congratulations to all participants!
This event once again showed how effective and entertaining a team building experience in Ulm can be. The combination of history, technology and a shared challenge created many unforgettable moments — and left everyone looking forward to more shared adventures in Ulm.
