Team Building Event Crocs Germany GmbH
As a CityHunters team guide I was especially excited on June 10, 2025 at 3:15 PM at the market square in Seligenstadt: colleagues from Crocs Germany GmbH had come together for a lively Geocaching experience. Ten participants were warmly welcomed, given brief instructions and split into two teams, and then off they went full of energy and curiosity.
Our Geocaching format is perfect for a team building experience in Seligenstadt: after a short introduction the teams received the preinstalled CityHunters app on the tablets, I explained the procedure and the rules, and the tour led into the beautiful old town. The tasks guided the teams to well-known and lesser-known spots, past sights such as St. Marcellinus and Petrus, the Benedictine monastery of Seligenstadt and the Romanesque House. Along the way all participants discovered corners that are easily overlooked in everyday life.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for creative team tasks, from tricky codes to joint challenges that required communication and cohesion. I remained reachable by phone throughout in case any questions or problems arose.
The weather cooperated and spirits were upbeat and motivated, exactly the right mix for a successful team building experience in Seligenstadt. After three exciting hours everyone met again at the market square for the award ceremony. The winning team 1 scored 360 points, followed by team 2 with 270 points. There was plenty of applause, smiling faces and the occasional surprised reaction.
Events like this continually show how a team building experience in Seligenstadt can be fun while bringing people closer together. It is a special pleasure to rediscover the city, solve puzzles together and come together at the end — memories that last.
